Product Description 

ALPHA-TECWOOL Wood Wool Panel is an eco-friendly, recyclable material made from wood wool, cement, and water. Together, these natural components provide many functional characteristics. ALPHA-TECwool Wood Wool panels are available in different patterns, all designed to be combined endlessly.

Acoustic Performance 

The panel achieves a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) between 0.75 and 0.95 depending on thickness.

Specifications 

• Base material: Cement-bonded wood fiber, FSC certified.
• Finish: Factory-applied latex paint on a silicate surface coating resistant to impact (RAL range).
• The natural finish is unpainted and may appear lighter.
• The edges are painted; however, the fibrous texture may cause the appearance to vary depending on lighting. Panels can be repainted up to 6 times without affecting acoustic performance or fire resistance.
• Thicknesses: standard 1″ and 1½” (custom thicknesses available).
• Maximum dimensions: up to 48″ (width) × 96″ (height) – custom sizes available
• Edge types: square or 45° beveled
• Installation methods: ALPHA-TECwool panels can be installed directly on solid backing, on interior walls or ceilings, using appropriate mechanical fasteners. This system provides a strong, durable installation that meets acoustic and impact-resistance requirements.
